Do you work in a studio or on location?
We can work on location, at client premises or in a studio depending on the production. We confirm availability, travel, permits, setup and lighting needs before quoting.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on image volume and retouching level. The proposal defines a delivery date and, when relevant, a priority selection.
How many photographs will I receive?
We do not promise a generic number. Quantity depends on coverage hours, event pace, number of scenes and production level; it is written into the scope.
Is retouching included?
We include color correction and the retouching specified in the proposal. Advanced retouching, compositing or extensive changes are quoted separately.
Do you cover quinceañeras and corporate events?
Yes. We adapt the crew, planning and shot list to the event, from private celebrations to conferences, launches and team portraits.
