1. Data controller

The data controller is Star Mark Agency, a trade name operating from Medellín, Colombia. Privacy requests can be sent to contacto@starmarkagencia.com or +57 311 337 6000.

Once a legal entity, tax ID, or different legal address is formalized, that information must be added to this policy.

2. Information that may be processed

The current website does not automatically submit or store the project-form content. When you press the button, it prepares a message that you decide whether to send through WhatsApp.

• Name, brand or company, and contact details you provide voluntarily.
• Goals, services of interest, timing, and project details.
• Messages sent through WhatsApp or email.
• Local preferences for language, sound, motion, and atmosphere stored in your own browser.
• Basic technical logs the hosting provider may process for security and operation, such as IP address, date, browser, and server requests.

3. Purposes

Information you share may be used to answer questions, understand a project, prepare a quote, coordinate meetings, deliver contracted services, provide support, protect the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell contact databases or use brief information for bulk campaigns without a valid basis and a reasonable opt-out method.

4. Consent and rights

When you provide information voluntarily and send a message, you authorize its use to handle your request. Under the Colombian personal-data framework, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion, ask for proof of authorization when applicable, and withdraw consent in legally permitted cases.

5. Third-party services

When you use links to WhatsApp, email, Vercel-hosted demos, or other external sites, those providers may process information under their own policies. Star Mark Agency does not control their systems or practices.

The current release does not include first-party advertising analytics or remarketing pixels. If those tools are added, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

6. Retention and security

Messages and project documents are kept only for a reasonable period to respond, deliver a service, handle agreed warranties, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion when no legal or contractual reason requires retention.

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no digital channel is completely secure. Do not send passwords, complete banking details, or sensitive information through forms or chats.

7. Children

The agency’s commercial services are not intentionally directed at children. Any project involving a minor’s data or image must have verifiable authorization from a legal representative and specific conditions before processing or publication.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the website, providers, measurement tools, or applicable requirements change. The update date will appear at the top of this page.
