LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms and conditions
These rules explain website use and the general principles of an engagement. Each project is governed by its own accepted proposal and agreement.
1. Identity and scope
Star Mark Agency is a trade name used to present creative, digital, marketing and production services. The website explains capabilities, presents owned or authorized work, and facilitates contact.
Once a legal entity or additional registration details are formalized, they must be added to this document and to commercial proposals.
2. Permitted use
You may browse, request information and share links to the content. You may not attempt to compromise the website, interfere with its operation, extract data abusively, impersonate the agency, or reuse protected branding, photography, designs or code without permission.
3. Quotes and engagement
Prices are not automatic. Each project is quoted based on scope, deliverables, complexity, timing, production, licenses, travel and the level of support required.
An engagement begins only when the parties accept a proposal, service order or contract in writing. That document should define scope, exclusions, timeline, revisions, payments, responsibilities, intellectual property, support and termination conditions.
4. Payments, changes and cancellations
Deposits, payment milestones, taxes, third-party fees, scope changes, pauses and cancellations are defined in the relevant proposal. A material change or additional request may require a new schedule and price estimate.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, the agency retains its methods, tools, reusable components and pre-existing materials. Any license or assignment for final deliverables is specified in the proposal and will normally depend on full payment.
The client confirms that it has the rights or permissions required for logos, text, images, music, databases and other materials supplied for a project.
6. Results and warranties
Star Mark Agency commits to delivering the agreed scope and correcting defects attributable to its work under the stated conditions. It does not guarantee sales, rankings, virality, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party availability, or business outcomes that depend on market conditions, budget, operations or client decisions.
7. Portfolio and demonstrations
Projects labeled “owned project”, “concept” or “demo” do not necessarily represent a client relationship or an operating business. Aurum is presented as a functional ecommerce demonstration, not as an active store.
8. External links and providers
The website may link to WhatsApp, Vercel, social platforms, payment providers or other services. Their availability, policies and operations are the responsibility of each provider. The agency is not responsible for content or failures outside its reasonable control.
9. Liability and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and the website functional, but maintenance, interruptions or errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a contracted service will be assessed under its specific agreement and based on proven direct loss.
10. Applicable law and contact
These terms are interpreted under applicable Colombian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rights that may apply.
